Hello, I have a problem ,whenever i am opening or attaching a pod file in my software, i am not able to see any point cloud data in my view window its just showing the extent of that file with those white ticks. In Object tree it showing all the details but i am not able to see the point clouds, can you please help me with this problem?? i have attached the screenshot too.

Forum Post: New to LumenRT and need some help that the site does not seem to address well
HELP! Over six months ago I purchased LumenRT Studio with grand ideas that I would be able to put this software to great use as a Masters of Architecture student. Instead it has only been a consumption of limited financial resources so far. 1. It advertised that it could directly import Vectorworks files and I cannot figure out how to do that as well as import any files what soever into LumenRT. 2. It advertised a online site set of tutorial resources to get up and running with the software and I only see one that very lightly addresses using LumenRT with ArchiCad. 3. The licensing routine information that Bentley provided me is lose and sketchy so I am not even sure my product is proper y registered still, I recently spoke with Miki and customer service who resent me the download link to reinstall. I fear that in a short period of time it will again lock me out due to not having it properly registered. I need to insure I no longer have this problem. 3. Advertised was a very large array of trees and plants that would cover everything I would likely need to create desert scenes. Instead I received a sparse array that will not cover even half of what I need. I am surprised there is not Palo Verde trees, Mesquite trees and barrel cactus just to name a very popular few. Here is some of the basic help and guidance I immediately need: - Where can i find the proper resource materials that are richly filled with suitable content that can inform me to the following... - How to directly import my already created files that I created in Vectorworks, need it be by conversion to other formats such as DWG or other? - Better understanding of the tool set so I can import my architectural files at the proper scale and settings? - Sculpt the terrain? - Add Trees, Plants, People, Roads, Paths... - Create videos and export them to be used in other video formats for viewing? Anyone's well informed and helpful information will be greatly appreciated. I have a graduating thesis I am trying to finish now. Thank you, Ron

Is it possible to adjust model coordinates simply by moving and scaling its bbox? I have generated a model from a scale model of castle but the object doesn't exist anymore in reality(only ruins now). Is it possible to move this generated model easily to approximate coordinates and scale without providing control points?

Forum Post: Context Capture Ortho/DSM
I ran AT and created a reconstruction on a project with 170 oblique photos taken from and aircraft I was able to generate 3mx, las and obj productions from this reconstruction without issues. I tried to create an ortho and DSM but they failed. I tried a number of times with various setting without success. The error seems to be with the "textured 3d model reference geometry" not being able to load. Has anyone had a similar problem? Farouk Rohoman

Hi Harshit, The problem is with the graphics card that you are using. Integrated graphics cards are generally not unsupported. We do recommend that you use a dedicated graphics card such as those provided by NVIDIA or AMD . As these will include the minimum level of OpenGL required.
