the first may be an issue using Microsoft Edge. Firefox is connecting for m without issue whereas Edge is having problems. With the second option try clearing all filters to get a full listing of downloads available. Use the "Clear" button on the right

I used Firefox, Edge and Chrome. When I hit the Clear button it continues to show nothing but CONNECT Edition's of the software. Just in different languages.

I am not really sure why I need to put in a service request if your solution is not working? The guy is trying to download a Non-Connect version of the software he paid for. You have given him links to download pages that do NOT contain the software he paid for. Why do I need to put in a service request?

Links to download software will not be put in a public forum. When I look I can see all of the downloads but I can only accept that it may well be different for you. A service ticket is the best way for us to deliver the software version that you are requesting. This can be sorted out very quickly.

Hi Team, I have noticed recently that my CCEngine now displays error messages as below when running an AT. I'm not certain what is causing this error or whether it is impacting the processing time. Has anyone else found this since updating to V17? And are there any changes I should be making to PC or software to avoid? Is this before or after aerotriangulation with GCPs? Also it is better to do 2-step process. At first run without GCPs and after that add them. What camera did you use?

Product(s): ContextCapture Center / ContextCapture Version(s): 10.18.XX.XX Environment: N\A Area: Retouch Subarea: N\A Problem Description We have found in some cases that if the latest range of Nvidia Quadro and RTX graphics card is installed, when using the Retouch workflow, selecting an area of the mesh to be deleted, the selected area is not highlighted. When the area has been selected, even though it's not highlighted, if you click the delete selected faces (trash bin) icon, the selected area is deleted. Steps to Resolve With the new release of ContextCapture(Update 18) a new selection display mode has been added. This display mode can be set in the "Tools > Preferences" dialogue as shown in the image below: For those cards that do not support the " Shader" option (where selected areas of the mesh are not highlighted) the setting should be switched to use the "Wireframe" selection display. AMD graphics card does not support AI jobs, but remember that 6900XT can have 400 for the benchmark test. and 6800 for 310. RTX3090 can have 446 RTX a6000 can have 340 RTX 3070 can have 310 All these are tested with i9-10900kf CPU and 64Gb Memory.
