Hi Zey1, This can work but you may find you get a better result if you set your Constraint to Intensity match instead of Colour.

What is it that you are attempting to do? You appear to be in the paint command.

Try using the constraint to select the traffic identification lines. You can then move the selected points to a layer and isolate them by freezing all layers except the one you wish to recolour.
