Here you go. Zip contains dgn example with embedded slop linestyles and also linsetyle RSC file which can be customized and linestyles reimported in DGN or DGNLIB library using Lines styles dialog->Import->RSC communities.bentley.com/.../Slope_2D00_linestyle.zip
