Yes see the screenshots, it was because of user roles. Problem is that sometimes only the direct links work. Check here - https://ims.bentley.com/usermanagement and here- https://connect.bentley.com/EnterpriseRoleMgmt and here- https://connect.bentley.com/ProjectRole Not all roles are set correctly for this to work by default.
