Hi Henry, in my opinion when any product / version is not available in Fulfillment center, you have to create Service Ticket and to ask for this version. I am a bit curious about your MicroStation version, because I am quite sure 08.11.07.500 is not officially released "normal version". The latest English MicroStation V8 i (SELECTseries 2) I have in my archive is 08.11.07.443. So I guess it's the version released and required by some other application? Because it's V8i (SELECTseries 2), my assumption the correct Descartes is 08.11.07.427. With regards, Jan
