Hi Dawn, First the raster is currently not reprojected. Since its GCS is different the GCS of the model you should uncheck the Inherit GeoCS From Model column. Also there is no GCS assigned to your POD file. According to http://gisfiles.wm.edu/files/lidar/ESLiDAR/metadata/ESVA_2010_LiDAR_Final_Report.pdf the GCS of the point cloud data is HARN StatePlane Virginia South FIPS 4502, which seems to be equivalent to the GCS EPSG 102747 in MicroStation. So you should try setting the GCS of your POD file to EPSG 102747. Finally the point cloud data are in feet. I suspect that when you created the POD file you specify Meters as the Geometry Unit. If so, you should try recreating the POD file by specifying Feet instead. Thanks, Mathieu
