Should I expect to hear back from tech support regarding sensor size parameters? I submitted several emails to tech support through ContextCapture on March 29, 2016, no word back on whether the sensor size was added to the database or not. How does this portion of the tech support process work? Can I access a database of supported devices? What kind of issues are to be expected from using a device with an unknown sensor size?
